By utilizing large parcels of land owned by the Government or the Housing Authority of Grenada new housing developments will be created by subdividing them into new communities. The development of these sites may be as a whole or in phases. Individuals are able to purchase homes built from the selection of available floor plans.

Project 500 housing developments are designed to offer residents a harmonious blend of comfort, sustainability, and community living. This thoughtfully planned neighborhood will feature dedicated green spaces, providing a serene environment that promotes relaxation and well-being.

All current model home designs are based on concepts submitted from the 2023 Project 500 Design Competitions by Grenadians. The competition received over 27 submissions and the winning submissions are featured along with the designer.
